There is a growing recognition of the importance of networking.

Networking helps business owners and employees to increase interdepartmental cooperation, build customer relationships and increase sales. It helps non-profit organizations and associations attract volunteers and increase donations.

Leslie hosts networking events in-house, at conferences and at public events. Attendance at these events ranges from 30 to 150 participants.

In association with Mad Hatter Speed Networking, we employ an effective format that achieves results. In small groups, one designated participant asks the others for help in meeting a specific need. Those with ways to help fill in a card which will be used by the participant to follow up the next day to discuss the details.

Next, the designated participants move to an adjacent group where they present their need again and receive cards from others who can help. After the designated participants have travelled to each group, a second group member is designated and after stating his or her needs, receives cards from others who offer to help.

This format is efficient, valuable and enjoyable for everyone.
